Usage Instructions:
To prepare a flavorful sambar:

Wash and cut 500g of vegetables like eggplant, drumsticks, marrow, potatoes, peas, cauliflower, etc.

Boil 200g of toor dal in 800ml of water for 40 minutes. Retain the water.

Soak 50g of tamarind in 100ml of warm water for 30 minutes, extract the pulp, and sieve it.

In a separate pan, fry 100g of coarsely chopped red onions and 100g of chopped tomatoes.

Add the prepared vegetables, 20g of MDH Sambar Masala, salt, and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Transfer the boiled dal along with its water into the pan, add the tamarind pulp, and simmer for 20 minutes.
