Usage Tips:
To prepare a flavorful chana dal:

Soak 200g of chickpeas overnight

In a pan, heat 50g of cooking oil and sauté 120g of chopped red onions until golden brown’

Add two chopped tomatoes (120g), 20g of MDH Chana Masala, 1 tsp of salt, and the soaked chickpeas.

Stir for 5 minutes, then add 800ml of fresh water and ½ tsp of baking soda.

Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat. Alternatively, pressure cook for 20 minutes with 400ml of water and ½ tsp of baking soda.
